We do what we must because we can.

I saw Avenue Q

Hellz yea! It was awesome!

My mom managed to get us seats in the second row from stage for only $60. The people next to us payed $110. Gawd, I love my bargain-hunting mother.

There weren't any seats in front of us, because we were at the end of the row, and rows expand as they go farther back. So basically, I was able to lean over and touch the stage (Which I did... twice). I could have shaken (shook?) hands with Trekkie Monster, and I almost did, but he left the stage before I could.

The play itself was as awesome as my seats. The stage was low, and we had a great view. The guy who played Nicky/Trekkie/Bad News Bear #1 was my favorite. The girl who played Christmas Eve was my second favorite (A wild, violent Asian therapist, cant get more awesome than that).

I never heard my mother laugh so hard when they sang "The Internet is for Porn", and we were never bored. They actually had some really good dance scenes (I didn't think they would). It was all footwork, and came out looking so awesome. The puppets were adorable.

But before the show, I saw Drew Sarich right before he went in to get ready for Les Mis. Now, I took a picture with him and accidentally let it slip that I hated Lestat (He was in the musical). I tried to tell him, "No, no! But I like you!" He let me take a picture with him anyway. XD. I didn't mention that I hated him for replacing Alexander Gemingani as Valjean.

And guess what? There was a street fair right next to the theatre, so me and my mom walked around and bought shit. Yes, there was a Broadway section and AAAAAAAAAAAAH!

I finally let my Wicked fanatic reawaken after months of supression (All because of those damn "omg lyek iv listnd 2 da songs so i kno mor dan uuu!!!1!" fans).

They had a wicked booth, and they were selling one of a kind Wicked items, signed by the people in Wicked.

I got a Broadway.com Audience Awards nomination plaque for Eden Espinosa's work in 'Brooklyn.', which is also signed by Eden. Did I mention Eden is my favorite Elphaba ever?

I also got Kendra Kassebaum's door plaque thing (Its the thing you slip on the dressing room door to let people know which room is yours). She signed it too. Kendra is the shits.

But the best thing I got was these little one-of-a-kind note cards. They're so cute, they have a cartoony Glinda (Yes Dizzy, she's in her bubble). It's also signed by Kendra. Like I said, Kendra is the shits. On the back, it says "Wicked Little Notes". The guy who made them has his e-mail on the back, muahahaha, I shall now shower him with spam talking about how awesome his graphics are.

I was talking to the guy at the Wicked booth and finally said "How much do I have to pay you to let me backstage? I'd only steal a few things."

He laughed... But didn't let me backstage.

And I got a 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee shirt for $1. I repeat, $1. I will repeat One. Dollar. And its the best shirt ever.

Oh, and I got autographs and pictures with the Avenue Q cast. I told the guy playing Princeton/Rod that I was "The one in the second row making a lot of noise". He goes, "Ooh, that was you. Thats good, it keeps us going."

I found out that the guy playing Trekkie/Nicky/Bear was also in Les Mis (WEWT!). He chatted with us for a long time, and I found out he played the Bishop (Guy who gives Valjean candles, resulting in the entire play happening), Thenardier (Which my mother loved, because 'Master of the House' is her ringtone), and Montparnasse (Which I loved, because 'Parnasse is the best character in Thenardier's street gang and he has 2 lines).

I then told him how mad I was that they cut Montparnasse's 2 lines from the new production, and of course, started singing it till my mother smacked me.

The girl who played Gary Coleman looked at me during curtain call (Probably because I went "WOOOOOOOOH!").

One of the ushers had a pin that said "It Sucks to Be Me" She says "Do you think I wear this only because of the play?" I lawled.

Damn this was a long entry D:
